Your journey starts with a comprehensive initial assessment designed specifically for CrossFit athletes. We'll take a deep dive into your training history, current symptoms, movement patterns, and performance goals. This session allows me to identify the root cause of your pain or limitations so we can create a rehab plan that fits your training and lifestyle.

Customized Program

No cookie-cutter rehab here. Based on your initial assessment, you'll receive a fully personalized rehab and performance program delivered through a user-friendly app. Each exercise comes with clear video demonstrations to ensure proper execution. Your plan is designed to fit seamlessly into your current routine, whether you're in the middle of a competition cycle or rebuilding after an injury.

Ongoing Support

Rehab doesn't stop after the first session - and neither does your support. You'll receive regular check-ins to monitor progress, adjust your program, and keep you on track towards your goals. Got questions or hit a setback? I'm just a message away through the app. This ongoing communication ensures your rehab evolves with your performance and keeps you accountable, motivated, and moving forward every step of the way.
